Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore personal issues at your own pace. Talking to someone regularly and in confidence can truly help you. Talking can really help, it’s like magic, and there is scientific evidence that proves that you have the answers deep within you. They are just buried, and through our sessions and work together I offer you the space to understand and like yourself better as well as to learn to listen to the answers already there. I can help you move forward and find out what you really want. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it!

I have experience with a wide variety of people who have found their way to me because they are struggling in their life. They get new perspectives on themselves, their ways of being, new perspectives on their relationships and life choices. People with anxiety who find it hard to be grounded in their experiences overtime come to understand and accept themselves better. Becoming clearer about their own needs, desires, values, hopes, wishes and possibilities in life. It is important to honour your timing in your therapy journey because it all depends on your needs and the way that the process takes for you.
You can feel better immediately, but usually it happens over time. Hard experiences and transitions in your life can overwhelm and I understand this and can work with you to lessen this overwhelm and help you to make sense of things and be back in control of your life.
