Relational therapy recognises that our pain and suffering can only be healed and transformed in a safe and consistent relationship. As many people’s wounds stem from a lack of care, protection, security, and the love of a trusted relationship, it makes sense that this is needed to heal, transform, and grow into ourselves. This approach helps people explore, understand and process the unknown or hidden away parts of themselves.


The co-creativity element recognises that ‘we’ are in this together and the possibilities that reside within every one of us. We work together in present-centeredness, in the here and now, towards health and transformation, harnessing and developing the life of the moment through challenge, empowerment and accountability.


Altogether, my approach is rooted in the belief that we are our bodies and not just brains on top of a body! Through exploration and a compassionate presence, my priority is your physical, mental, and emotional safety, as well as the time you need to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and needs.
